Fernando Martín is the Smart Spaces EMEA Industry Lead for Data Solutions and IoT at Tech Data where he has a great passion for innovation-oriented technology. In early March 2021, Mike Petrusky invited Fernando to present a live podcast interview on the evolution of facility management and the role of CRE technology in the future of work during a European-based conference called “Excellence in Corporate Facility & Real Estate Management”. They explore the hybrid workplace and how FM leaders must reimagine workspaces to create an employee experience that will help engage their workforce.
